MDEQ Permit Board Mtg for MZX Tech

The Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) hereby provides notice of the Mississippi Environmental Quality Permit Board ("Permit Board") Meeting on March 10, 2026, at MDEQ's main office - 515 East Amite Street; Jackson, MS  39201.  The meeting will start at 9:00 AM CST.

At the denoted meeting, MDEQ staff will present the proposed Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) air permitting action requested by MZX Tech, LLC to the Permit Board for a final decision.  All relevant information pertaining to this air permitting action will be considered by the Permit Board in making this decision (i.e., all comments received, MDEQ's "Response to Comments" document, the draft permit and supporting documentation, public notice documentation, etc.).

Please know that the Permit Board meeting is open to the public, and the Permit Board will allow interested parties to comment on the proposed air permitting action provided such comments have not been already conveyed during…
